Constraining astrophysics with COMAP
Intensity mapping is a promising avenue for understanding the 3D-structure of the universe.
COMAP is one such experiment which aims to study line emission from the CO molecule during the period of galaxy assembly at redshifts between 2.4 and 3.4.
In this talk I will introduce the COMAP experiment, the effort to model the CO signal, as well as forcasts on how to best use COMAP to constrain the CO luminosity function and other astrophysical quantities.
