A teacher's top tips for teaching
Teaching is an important part of what we do at the institute, and it can be done incredibly boring or both fun and interesting. Hopefully we’re all aiming for the latter, but that isn’t always easy to achieve. In this talk I would like to share some of my teaching experience after several years as a high school teacher. I will try to provide you with practical tips on how to increase understanding and learning outcome for the students, and also use examples on how I’m thinking when planning the group sessions in AST2210 - Observational Astronomy.
