IDL has been upgraded to version 8.7.2 on linux and MacOS.
Updated documentation with instructions on how to install the new version on your MacOS laptop can be found here.
Be aware that there is a new license regime with IDL 8.7 that affects the way we license on laptops used outside UiO. Se here for more details.
IDL astrolib has also been updated.
