Full 3D radiation-magneto-hydrodynamics modelling of stellar atmospheres is a daunting task, but the future for astrophysical computations is very promising. Modelling of chromospheric plasmas represents one of the greatest challenge for theoretical and computational astrophysics: cold and hot gas in a dynamic environment, with magnetic fields playing an important role, and thermodynamic conditions far from being LTE. With PHOENIX, a multi-purpose atmospheric code, we are computing the radiation field and spectrum for M Dwarfs chromospheres, using models calculated with the 3D MHD code CO5BOLD.
