AFU Protocol   -    Monday 7th of november

Andreas suggests creating 2-4 open spaces in the reading hall that can be used.
 - pros and cons discussion on the subject
 - For the people who do not use the space actively in the basement
 - Øyvinds suggests we clean the shelves.Threatens to do it himself if no one will help
 - send an email to the people this is relevant for for this semester, think of a permanent solution for the next meeting

Proposal: Figure out a permanent solution to the next meeting. Temporary solution, talk to the ones that do not use their space enough, ask them if they can move upstairs since they do not use
	  the places enough.
Proposal: Create 4 floating spots with the places that are not in use, so that people upstairs can sit here instead of ending up 4 floors away. 
Temporary solution: Ask Kristin about the rules and if we can create 4 floating spaces in the basement without problems

Kristine ordered a new whiteboard for the Basement! :D
 - We will move furniture around so that we can keep the TV (keeping priorities straight). Andreas approves.


LAMU case: They switch off the ventilation in the weekend!!!! Ask Kristin

Committee:

	Introduction of programme board stuff:
 		     - Have a meeting with AFU to go through trouble with subjects and comprise an email to Frode, Lill Kristing and so on.
 		     - Especially AST4320
	LAMU: The door in the basement *is* happening

	Institute board election: Some technicalities with the nomination, but the institute is most likely going to take care of it (hopefully)

	Institute leader election: Øyvind will ask quations about education to the candidates during interviews, and bring the information to us.

Basement Coffee: Next monday the 14th, Øyvind's in charge (just in case), Helle sends the email, Sara helps Øyvind.

Panic hour for AST1100: Exam in AST1100 on 13th of december, maybe arrange panic hour to help and socialize. Sara talks to Frode and finds out of how this can be done

Seating for bachelor students in the basement: Opening the form for applications for seating places in the basement (or 5th floor).
	- Disregard this semester, opening next january if there are available spots.

(MNSU) Fagutvalg middag/Student body dinner:
 - We need to sign up to attend (for those interested)

Suggestion: AFU suggestion box in the kitchen. Mail box in the kitchen so that everyone can come with suggestions to the meetings.

Proposal: Set a time every second week for a meeting. Does not need to be long, just meeting and asking if there is anything new.
