When can I apply?
Courses on demand will have four calls each year. PhD students or supervisors within DEEP can apply to get their needed course funded by applying within the deadlines:
- 15 February
- 15 May
- 15 August
- 15 November
What can I apply for?
A course on demand can be anything from a one day event to learn about a specific Python package to a two weeks field course. It can be a lab, field or method course. The scientific courses must be related to the DEEP main themes and we will prioritize scientific courses if we have too many applications.
For generic course suggestions, please contact post-deep@geo.uio.no directly. The courses on demand is not intended for generic courses.
