Research interest

Data analysis of the cosmic microwave background, in particular non-gaussian statistics and inflation.

Short bio

Finished Ph.D. at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics (LMU University) in Munchen 2001, then postdoc at the Universita’ Tor Vergata in Rome, 2002-2004. Returned to the Institute of Theoretical Astrophysics at the University of Oslo for a postdoc in 2005, associate professor from 2007 and full professor from 2009.

I have until now been working with data from the WMAP and Planck satellites.
