Health authorities advise us that those who can, should work from home. At the same time, according to the advice of the health authorities, UiO must maintain research that depends on employees having access to laboratories, technical infrastructure and archives. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is now planning who can be given limited access.
Each department will prepare a plan with the following content:
- A list of people who need access to specific buildings and laboratories
- Necessary technical, administrative and permanent scientific staffing
- Rationale for access in accordance with UiO's criteria
- A description of how HSE standards and infection control are to be maintained
- A description of how to achieve satisfactory separation of individuals
