Bane NOR is responsible for operating, maintaining and building the railways in Norway. We are responsible for the infrastructure on the railway throughout the country.Smart use of technology is crucial for Bane NOR to success and for the railway to become more future-oriented. We are now in the beginning of one of Norway's largest digitalization journeys, and building up a large data organization that leverages modern technology and AI to create insights and values for the entire company.

We are behind Norway's largest initiative for sustainable transportation and are implementing the largest development projects on the mainland in Norway.
