By participating in this workshop, you will learn where to go and how to find information on:
- which scientific journals to publish in within your specific field
- if your journal of interest is a good quality journal
- if this journal is in alignment with your funder’s requirements
- what the journal’s self-archiving policy is
- if this journal is included in UiO’s open access publishing agreements, and if it is, how to use it

Dr. Heidi Konestabo has a PhD in biology, and is a subject specialist at the Science Library, focusing on education and research support in the biosciences.
Edina Pozer is a subject specialist in geosciences, has a background in geology, and mainly works with research support, Cristin and education.
