Instructors
Tobias Bach is Professor of Political Science at the Department of Political Science, University of Oslo. His research focuses on politics-administration relations and bureaucratic politics in an internationally comparative perspective. He leads the research group ‘Policy, Bureaucracy and Administration’. He is Principal Investigator of a Young Researcher Talent project funded by the Norwegian Research Council and participates in several national and international projects.
