Speak up!

Speak up! is an online whistleblowing system to secure a safe and open workplace for everyone at UiO. If you see or experience any censurable conditions at UiO, we would like you to tell us about it.

The Science Ombud

The Science Ombud is an independent and impartial authority at UiO, for issues and disputes concerning good scientific practice, research integrity and research ethics. The Science Ombud can provide insight into research ethics, norms, and regulations. In addition, they can provide guidance and confidential advice on issues of scientific integrity and help resolve cases early and at the lowest possible level.

ForVei

ForVei offers personal counselling sessions to PhD candidates admitted at the MN Faculty. The skilled counsellors at ForVei are specialists in helping PhD candidates with stress, imposter syndrome and other concerns that prevent you from concentrating on your job.

The Occupational Health Service Unit

The Occupational Health Service Unit supports UiO employees in creating safe and sound working conditions at UiO. The unit comprises specialists in occupational health, the psycho-social and organizational working environment, ergonomics, and occupational hygiene.
