Anders and Trond published an article on the synthesis of both enantiomers of 13-DHAHLA.

The docosahexaenoic acid ester of 13-hydroxyoctadecadienoic acid (13-DHAHLA) belongs to a class of compounds called fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acids (FAHFAs). It has been reported to display antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory effects. This project is a collaboration with Dr. Ondrej Kuda at the Czech Academy of Sciences.
