I graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in June 2016 with a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Mathematics with a specialization in statistics.

The objective of my Master’s thesis was to perform a genotype-phenotype association analysis for maximal oxygen uptake and SNP data using genetic similarity matrices. The data set was analyzed using a linear mixed model which included correlated random effects for each individual, and the estimated kinship matrix from GWA data was used as the covariance matrix of the random effect.

I’m very excited to join the PharmaSafe group!
