Talk by Sonia Roldan

PharmaSafe visiting researcher Sonia Roldan will give a talk about "Evaluating pregnancy registries: The need of improving post-marketing surveillance methods".

Sonia Roldan holds a Master of Pharmacy from Alcala de Henares University in Madrid. She is currently working in the Science and Innovation Support office at the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in London. She is mainly involved in the analyses of pregnancy registries in order to evaluate their efficacy to provide post marketing safety information and also collaborates with the Business Pipeline team, following up Business Pipeline Meetings questions and answers and supporting reports. Before EMA, she spent a year as a researcher at King’s College London, carrying out research in analytical chemistry while working as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy in London. She is a visiting researcher in the Pharmacoepidemiology and Drug Safety Research Group, School of Pharmacy, University of Oslo.
