«NORSK FARMASØYTISK SELSKAPS STIPEND til utførelse av teoretiske og praktiske studier og arbeider som kan tjene til å fremme norsk farmasøytisk vitenskap.
I søknadsåret 2018/2019 kom det inn 22 søknader på til sammen ca kr 520 000. Det var 10 søkere som fikk dele på kr 200 000.»
The PharmaSafe PhD students that received travel grants are:
Alma Mulac, 10 000 NOK for the project "Innovative interventions to improve medication safety -Learning from medication reviews and medication errors". Alma will use the funds to attend the Nordic Social Pharmacy Conference in Denmark in June.
Bich Thuy Truong, 20 000 NOK for the project "MinSafeStart – Nytt beslutningsverktøy for å fremme optimal behandling av svangerskapskvalme".
Elin Ngo, 20 000 NOK for the project "MinSafeStart – Nytt beslutningsverktøy for å fremme optimal behandling av svangerskapskvalme".
In addition, Elin and Bich have been awarded travel grants (29 100 NOK) from UiO:LifeScience. They will use the funds on a three month research stay at Mother Risk Service, The Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney Australia. During this stay they will test the SafeStart-app in the Australian population, and examine if it may contribute to improve the quality of life of pregnant women experiencing nausea during pregnancy.
