I am a pharmacist with several years of pharmacy experience from Serbia, my home country, and Norway. I completed a master's degree in pharmacy in 2014 at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade. Due to differences in the course of study between the universities, I have taken some additional courses and written a new master's thesis here at the University of Oslo, re-obtaining a master's degree in pharmacy in 2022.

My latest master's thesis was in epidemiology, written under the supervision and guidance of Associate Professor Angela Lupattelli. Using data from the MoBa cohort, we looked at the preventative association of antidepressant treatment in pregnant women with eating disorders on antenatal mental outcomes. The work on this research project reawakened my interest in further academic education.

I consider it a great honour to start my journey as a PhD Research fellow in clinical pharmacoepidemiology at the Department of Pharmacy.
