I am a 6th year Pharm.D student from Marseille University in France, and completing my Master’s degree in Pharmacoepidemiology at University of Bordeaux. During my studies, I worked as a pharmacy assistant in French and Irish community pharmacies. Having a great interest in Public Health, I joined in 2019 the National Institute of Public Health of Quebec in Canada to work on a project on Hyperemesis Gravidarum and the risk of birth defects. My focus being drug safety, I worked for 6 months in a French Regional Pharmacovigilance Center, where my role was centered on medication errors, reporting adverse events, and providing medical information to the public and healthcare professionals. Afterwards, I joined an Irish Regulatory Affairs company to work as Junior Pharmacovigilance Officer for 1 year. My role consisted in safety database management, signal detection, reporting adverse events to the European Medicine’s Agency and several quality/regulatory duties.

I am very excited to join PharmaSafe at UiO. My project will be focused on the use of antibiotics during pregnancy and the risk of spontaneous abortions. I look forward to collaborating with researchers and experts within the team.
