Akhila Reddy, Jing Zhao, and Milica Zugic attended the 8th annual Pharmacoepidemiology Summer School in Grenaa, Denmark on June 19-23, 2023. The title of this year's summer school was Topics in real-world clinical and pharmacoepidemiology: from research questions to valid answers. The program integrated hands-on group exercises with thorough sessions on topics on general study design, risks of bias, infectious diseases and cancer, multiple imputation, self-control study methods and emergency epidemiology. An inspiring atmosphere for intellectual exchange and network building was created by the cultural and social activities offered.
