Desiree Butti
I am a master degree student is Safety Assessment of Xenobiotics and Biotechnological Products at the University of Milan. I have a background in medical biotechnology. My interest is focused on pharmacology, toxicology and human health.
I am here as an exchange student to do an internship in pharmacoepidemiology with a focus on the effects that antidepressant assumed during pregnancy have on the offspring up to the adolescence. In this way I have the opportunity to combine my previous interests with something of completely new like statistic and epidemiology.
I am really happy to be able to do my internship and thesis here at the University of Oslo. I look forward to this magnificent journey.

I am a master student of Safety Assessment of Xenobiotics and Biotechnological Product at the University of Milan. My background is in medical biotechnology. My interest in these studies has developed during the years, giving me the possibility to going in depth of many different subjects. I feel blessed to be here and to be able to go in depth of such a particular subject as pharmacoepidemiology.
During my experience at UiO I can't wait to improve and challenge myself and learn from the experts that are working in the same environment as me.
