Academic interests
My research activities are related to metal oxide/sulphide interfaces for photovoltaics, wide-band gap semiconductors for use in power electronics, silicon based delta-layer electronics and the growth of graphene on wide bandgap semiconductors. Along with these more application-based studies, I also have a strong interest in more fundamental studies relating to electronic structure of wide-gap materials such as diamond, zinc oxide and gallium oxide and two-dimensional materials such as transition metal dichalcogenides.
