Abstract. I will briefly review the existing problems of the Standard Model, with an emphasis to DM problem. Also, I will first describe possible properties of dark matter in a model-independent way - warm, cold and hot dark matter; ballistic versus self-interacting; stable and decaying. Then I will describe the ways to search for Dark Matter in laboratories, accelerators and in the space. This will include indirect detection of Dark Matter with gamma-ray telescopes searches for long-lived particles at the LHC and intensity frontier experiments and astrophysical bounds on DM self-interaction.
