PhD School: Do you have what it takes?

Canadian and Norwegian Ph.D. students, do you have what it takes to write a leading edge scientific paper in ten days?

Applications are now being accepted for the first CaNoRock STEP PhD School!

This 10-day course offers a focused lecture series and ample time for student group work.  The course provides specialist training in the interdisciplinary field of space science and engineering.   The scientific target for the 2013 school is ionosphere-thermosphere coupling in the Earth’s magnetic cusp.

The school will be held from November 5th 2013 to November 15th 2013 at the Barrier Lake station near Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada.

Only students enrolled at one of the partner institutions (Alberta, Calgary, Saskatchewan, Bergen, Tromsø, Oslo, University Centre in Svalbard) may apply.
