The 2019 School is now open for application

Canadian and Norwegian Ph.D. students, do you have what it takes to write a leading edge scientific paper in ten days?

Applications are now being accepted for the first CaNoRock STEP PhD School 2019!

This 10-day course offers a focused lecture series and ample time for student group work.  The course provides specialist training in the interdisciplinary field of space science and engineering.   The scientific target for the 2019 school is Auroral electrodynamics and  their space weather effects.

The school will be held from June 23th 2019 to July 5th 2019 at the Barrier Lake station near Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada.

Only students enrolled at one of the partner institutions (Alberta, Calgary, Saskatchewan, Bergen, Tromsø, Oslo, University Centre in Svalbard) may apply.
