The project enabled Professor T. Otsuka to be a lecturer for the summer school in South Africa in 2018 for both international and Norwegian students.
At the Oslo summer school in 2019 on nuclear resonances, the project also enabled a student from Konan University to attend both the summer school, as well as the following bi-annual Oslo Workshop, together with three additional professors and researchers from Japan.
Four students from Japan were also able to attend the South African summer school in 2019 on Nuclear Astrophysics.
