Are you a student and need help or information about the IT services?

Questions regarding student (bachelor) IT at the MN Faculty, can be sent to student-it@mn.uio.no
Do not use this address for requests related to master thesis work at a department.

Employees, guest researchers and master students at the Department of Physics

Please use av-hjelp@fys.uio.no to get help with the equipment in the auditoriums. There is also an emergency phone in the auditorium.

If the matter is related to the research labs and local computing equipment, please contact the nearest person in the way agreed on. If this person is not known, try to inquire in your research section first. Otherwise use lab-data@fys.uio.no.

For matters related to the central IT-services for all of UiO, one can use the central IT-helpdesk at it-hjelp@uio.no.
