Faglege interesser

Halvleiarfysikk med fokus på solcelleforsking. Jobbar for det meste med sputring av sinkoksid (ZnO). ZnO er eit materiale som er godt eigna som frontkontakt på solceller sidan det er både gjennomsiktig og kan gjerast leiande. Eg jobbar også med å danne grunne emittarar i silisium ved inn-diffundering av dopantar.
