Team of authors from LATICE, GEco and NIBIO have a new paper published in one of the open-access EGU journals – Biogeosciences. In the paper named Improving the representation of high-latitude vegetation distribution in dynamic global vegetation models the authors evaluated the performance of three methods for representing vegetation cover.

In collaboration with LATICE, Anders Bryn and Peter Horvath have mapped ecosystem types within two areas at Finse, Norway, according to the 'Natur i Norge' system. The results are published in NHM Rapport 96, and the maps are available online.
