Research on how to obtain safe and permanent CO2 storage

Where are the best storage locations, how does CO2 behave during injection and storage, and how can we detect any leaks out of the primary reservoir and assess potential environmental impacts?

The Research Group CO2 Storage - SUCCESS-CEER at Department of Geosciences, University of Oslo is an important contributor to the SUCCESS centre’s research and activities.

About the FME Centres

Centres for Environment-friendly Energy Research (FME) are financed by the Research Council of Norway and user partners.
