Seminar by Holger Lange (NIBIO):

Observations at the ICOS flux tower site Hurdal

Abstract:  The Integrated Carbon Observation System (ICOS) is a European monitoring network established in 2015 to coordinate stations measuring carbon exchange between the atmosphere and terrestrial or aquatic ecosystems. Norway is one of 16 member countries and one terrestrial station is operational since 2021. The presentation will first introduce the structure of ICOS and then provide an overview of measurement activities at this site, Hurdal, located inside a mature Norway spruce forest.

The talk is in Aud 2 in the Geology Building. It is also possible to follow at Zoom.

Videolink to the lecture will be sent to the mailinglists alle@geo and geohyd-info@geo. If you want to subscribe to the geohyd-info@geo list send an email to Anita
