In addition to the grant you may get from Lånekassen (Norway) or your Ph.D. salary, you can apply for a grant from CryoJaNo:

For stays shorter than one month:
The CryoJaNo exchange programme will in some circumstances (summer schools, workshops, etc.) cover direct costs within reasonable limits.
