When writing an academic text it is important that you know how to cite your sources. This course teaches basic referencing techniques such as quoting a text, writing citations and reference lists, and using images.

This course gives an introduction to literature searching within medicine and science in interdisciplinary reference databases such as Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. These databases are supplementary to PubMed, and may retrieve relevant references regarding interdisciplinary topics.
