- Get insight into innovation practices during changing use contexts
- Learn how generic software design enables or constrains implementations aimed for a variety of user organizations

- Engage in qualitative practice studies to get a rich understanding of how the implementation and design process has gone about
- Interview a broad range of stakeholders involved in the process of developing and designing DHIS2-based solutions for Covid-19
