Aim
- To understand existing practices and challenges with user-oriented design and innovation in the DHIS2 ecosystem
- Explore processes, methods, and techniques that can provide value in DHIS2 implementation projects
- Build innovation and capacity by introducing an IT artifact
How
- Interviews and workshops with designers and developers in HISP Groups
- Interviews and workshop with DHIS2 Academy
- Involvement in real design and innovation projects with NIPH, in addition to other countries such as Rwanda
- Through either Action Design Research or Design Science Research in the DHIS2 Community
- Identify challenges and appropriate methods to strengthen awareness, motivation and competence in low-income countries
