It is important for the centre to document all activities, both news and events. In general all major events should also have a corresponding news item after it is completed. It is possible to prepare news in advance, like eg. defences etc.
For both news and events we need the following points prepared:
- Title
- Ingress
- Main text
- Picture (or indication which profile picture to use)
- Picture text
For upcoming events it is typically preferable to publish the event and fill in more details later on.
