Title: Membrane models for the study of novel antimicrobial compounds
Abstract: DigiBiotics is a cross disciplinary project developing new tools for creating a "pipeline" for the discovery of new antimicrobial agents. My PhD project is a part of DigiBiotics and it is about modeling drug interactions with the bacteria at the atomic scale. I will be giving you a short overview of DigiBiotics and my PhD project.
