Title: Hybrid particle-field molecular dynamics for biological systems
Abstract: Today's talk is aimed at giving an educational introduction to hybrid particle-field molecular dynamics and to show our main applications onto biological systems. Special focus will be put onto the modelling of polypeptides and electrostatics in multiphase systems.
