Title: Identifying catalytic vibrations in enzyme catalysis
Abstract: A persistent debate in the field of biochemistry is if enzymes catalysis is partially driven by the vibrational modes of the system or not. This presentation will be on my masters work to try and identify these vibrations computationally. This work was done through the lens of macromolecular rate theory and heat capacity changes at point of catalysis.
