The EuroHPC Joint Undertaking is a 1 billion Euro joint initiative between the EU and European countries to develop a World Class Supercomputing Ecosystem in Europe. Norway is a member of the EuroHPC JU. The Research and Innovation Advisory Group (RIAG) provide independent advice to the Governing Board of EuroHPC on the strategic research and innovation agenda of EuroHPC. The RIAG has 12 members, 6 from academia and 6 from the private sector. In addition, there are 12 observers.
