The official opening of the Hylleraas centre

The Hylleraas Centre for Quantum Molecular Sciences is now officially open. 

The opening event was celebratet in both locations. First in Oslo, and in Tromsø the following day. There were several prominent guests attending, and in addition to other collegaues and staff. 

In particular we would like to thank Hylleraas family who attended, four generations from Hylleraas himself.

Most of the attendants for the opening in Oslo also joined the celebration in the new premises.

The Rector at the University of Oslo, Svein Stølen, opened the ceremony.

Liv Fureberg from the Research Council of Norway praised the centre in her speach and awarded a plaquet as sign of the centre status as a centre of excellence.
