Toxicants in Antarctica

Master student Håvard Nilsen Liholt is currently attending the CCAMLR Synoptic Krill Survey 2019 – a scientific cruise with the new R/V Kronprins Haakon in the Antarctica in January through February 2019, organized by the Norwegian Institute for Marine Research. Håvard will sample water and krill, salps and fish of the lower food web for toxicants, both mercury and organic contaminants.
