Masterstudent Silje Marie Kristiansen collecting collembolans under the sea bird cliff in Krossfjorden on Svalbard - 14 July glacier. Silje is studying how seabirds function as vectors of energy and pollutants from sea to the Arctic tundra by analysing pollutants, dietary descriptors and DNA damage in collembolans.
