Morten Kjos is currently a postdoc in the group of Jan Willem Venning at the Molecular Genetics Group, Groningen Biomolecular Sciences and Biotechnology Institute, Center for Synthetic Biology, University of Groningen, The Netherlands. Morten has and is developing a number of genetic tools and approaches to studying the basic biology of pneumococcal pathogenesis, physiology and metabolism.
