IUBS Centenary Year Sessions

IUBS is celebrating its centenary year with special sessions and talks on a number of topics that are main focus of IUBS in the 33rd General Assembly and the scientific sessions in Oslo, July 30 through August 2.

The mission of the International Union of Biological Sciences (IUBS) is to unify biology through diversity. It provides a global platform for cooperation among scientists from various biology disciplines.

As a non-profit, non-governmental umbrella organisation, it promotes research, training, and education. It advocates access and benefit-sharing of knowledge and resources. It currently unites and speaks for more than 110 national, scientific, and institutional members from all over the world.
