Awards to our PhD research fellows

We congratulate three of our PhD research fellows and their co-authors for well-deserved rewards at recent conferences!

  • Seyed Mohammad Reza Sajadi

  • won NOK 25 000 for his contribution Robot for Transoesophageal Echocardiography ultrasound of the heart from the gastric tract) to Idéprisen 2022 with the Technology Transfer office INVEN2.

Dharani Dhar Maddali

was rewarded with a prize for one of his contributions at the SMIT 2021/2022 conference on Synergies between Healthcare and Technology (https://www.smit 2021.com/)

The conference was jointly organized by the International Society for Medical Innovation and Technology (iSMIT) and Oslo University Hospital.

Håvard Kjellmo Arnestad

won the third prize for best student presentation at the International Conference of Underwater Acoustics https://icua2022.org/

The paper was entitled Sonar array beampattern bounds: tolerance analysis using interval arithmetic.
