Cross-border challenges for health delivery

The seminar concerns the treatment of patients who cross international border in the SADC region. People migrate, temporarily or permanently, and they bring their chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis. Many also visits clinics across a nearby border for antenatal care or child health checkups. These border crossings cause trouble for patients and may burden the service provider.
