This advanced series of workshops aim to address the practical, analytic and intellectual questions related to the collection, analysis and writing of qualitative data. It aims at PhD students and young researchers who currently plan to use qualitative methods in their research project and want to refine their methodological skills. The workshop will assume prior general knowledge of the methodologies involved and will have a strong experiential dimension. We will alternate taught sessions on the principles, practicalities and issue of using a specific methods with the practical use of the method. You will be also given a number of readings that will help you to inform your reflection and learn from the experience of others.
