We invite researchers and practitioners from the academic, private and government sectors who are involved and interested in the technological, social, legal, political, and military aspects of cyber warfare and security to come together and exchange ideas at ECCWS 2018 in Oslo. The conference takes place during 28 and 29 June 2018.
ECCWS 2018 is organized in conjunction by the University of Oslo (UiO) and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI).
ECCWS offers a unique opportunity for networking, learning, exploring and discussing ideas, experiences and challenges in the research, application and management of technologies and policies in order to advance the maturity and stability of cyber warfare and security.
