After a long pandemic break, the exchange of ROBIN master's students could resume from autumn 2022. There were four students going to various universities in Japan (Nagoya U,Tsukuba U og Toyohashi U) and one going to NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in the US. They all received COINMAC exchange grants to do their complete Masters project abroad. Andreas Sundfjord did a one semester Master's project at Nagoya University and below you can find out more about his experiences (in Norwegian).

Internasjonalt samarbeid gir robotikk-løft (in Norwegian).
UiO Rector Svein Stølen, vise-rector Åse Gornitzka and advisor Anette Løken (provided pictures shown) visited the lab of Prof. Ryo Kurazume at Kyushu University 10th October 2018. Kurazume is one of the international collaborators in COINMAC and is currently hosting the ROBIN/UiO master student Key Wong. He´s visiting Japan to do his master thesis in the lab and is working on human emotion classification related to elderly care technology.
