About

The project is at the forefront of developing the next-generation entrepreneurial competency in digitalized societies. It tackles the grand challenge of transformative ways of working as a team (i.e. the basic social system) in developing more radically innovative solutions that better fit present-day needs, and researches an original pan-disciplinary paradigm at the interface across (systems) engineering, (human-centered) design and entrepreneurship formation. The primary objective is to achieve a sound theoretical foundation of science-based knowledge and practically relevant design principles of how humans interact and innovate at an entrepreneurial team in resolving digitalized social-economic uncertainties. With a comprehensive R&D base in IFI, UiO and good access to real-life entrepreneurial teams in digitalization, the secondary objective is to advance the resulting knowledge, approach, tools and values in future work practices (and in a way society at large).
